Maiden's Movement Circle

The Roundhouse, a traditional and sacred space on land adjacent to the Ashdown Forest in East Sussex, England, is the container for inner and outer movement, facilitated by Elise Tassell. These sessions aim to support participants in moving through the time of transition from Girl to Woman. There will be space for guided movement and an exploration of freedom of expression. Everything offered is optional and an opportunity for young women to discover the gift of listening to their body; building self knowledge and developing confidence. Each session will reflect the essence of the seasonal and elemental cycle.
