The Roundhouse, a traditional and sacred space on land adjacent to the Ashdown Forest in East Sussex, England, is the container for inner and outer movement, facilitated by Elise Tassell. This event offers the opportunity for Girls, aged 10 to 12, to explore inhabitual and organic ways of moving their bodies and their innate energy. There will be guided movement and space for freedom of expression. Each circle is an inquiry into the essence of the seasonal cycle and offers a nurtured connection to the four elements. The dance is held on an earth floor, around a fire, above a natural stream of water, under a reciprocal roof and within a woven chestnut and willow door which allows for natural air flow.
